      A free teen health center that provides medical services to homeless and at-risk youth. Providing physical exams, vaccinations, STI screens, pregnancy prevention, and medical care for various problems, including earaches, head colds, skin rashes, urinary tract infections, and sprains.

    • The REACH Drop-In Center

      The REACH Youth Drop–In Center is a place for young people, up to age 21, who are either at-risk for or experiencing homelessness. Young people receive non-judgmental support and assistance; whether they need help finding a job, an apartment, or getting connected with other programs and or agencies in our area.

       LINK is a program that strives to transition at-risk and homeless youth ages 16-21 years old into indepedent adults by providing case management services, life-skills groups, peer support groups and a transitional housing program for those who are eligible.
