Preparing for Camp

A summer at Camp Knutson should be one of the best experiences in your child’s life!

Children often adapt to camp experiences quickly when they know what to expect in advance. To make the transition, please take a moment to review the following information about camp. Feel free to go over these details with your child as you prepare them for camp.

Packing List

The group organizing your camp will likely provide your family with a detailed packing list for your stay at Camp Knutson. Remember to bring bedding and clothing for different types of weather. We ask that campers do not bring candy, gum or excessive amounts of money. In addition, we ask that campers do not bring electronics so they can be “unplugged” and truly appreciate the experience of nature. For more packing information, review the information provided by the group organizing your experience or consult Camp Knutson’s general packing list.
